Job description:

The Role

We are looking for a high-performing closer who can take ownership of the sales process and drive revenue growth.

You will:

• Personally close deals
• Improve how sales are executed
• Take ownership of sales performance and outcomes

You will work directly with ownership to increase close rates, improve deal quality, and build a more effective sales process.

Responsibilities

1. Close High-Value Deals (Primary Focus)

• Own the sales process from lead to close
• Handle high-ticket and complex customer scenarios
• Confidently navigate objections (price, hesitation, competition)
• Drive urgency and secure commitment

2. Improve Sales Performance

• Increase close rate and revenue per lead
• Refine messaging, follow-ups, and deal structure
• Identify where deals are breaking down and fix it

3. Own the Sales Process

• Take responsibility for how sales are executed day-to-day
• Improve pipeline flow and follow-up consistency
• Bring ideas to improve efficiency and conversion

4. Drive Revenue Outcomes

• Be accountable for personal sales performance
• Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets
• Increase average order value through better sales execution

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Proven experience closing high-ticket sales ($2k–$20k+ deals)
• Strong objection handling skills
• Experience in consultative sales environments (not transactional retail)
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets

Preferred:

• Experience in fitness equipment, real estate, automotive, or similar industries
• Strong understanding of sales psychology and closing techniques
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of results
