We’re looking for a proactive, positive, and health-minded individual to join our wellness center team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and creating an exceptional client experience.
Description
Pay:
- Competitive Base + Commission
Hybrid Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth
- Educate clients on wellness services and memberships
- Support sales efforts through relationship-building and follow-up
- Manage retail space, scheduling, and client communication.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized environment
- Sell products and services
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales-minded with a passion for helping others
- Interest in health, wellness, and personal growth
- Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Proficient in Outlook, Calendars, Zoom, CRM, Sales
Preferred:
2 years experience in retail sales, customer service, wellness, fitness, spa, chiropractic, or health-related environments is a plus. Must have reliable transportation.
