This is a non-costumed position. Mount Hope will supply a Staff shirt. Khaki bottoms are required. This is a Seasonal Part-Time Position. You are responsible for booth's change orders and register pulls during the faire day.

Duties: 

• Provide friendly and quality customer service while answering questions and offering suggestions to patrons. 
• Must be responsible with money 
• Requires a lot of walking on uneven terrain.
• Responsible for balancing a starting/ending change bank.
• Handling minor customer complaints with understanding. 

Qualifications: 

• Must be at least 18 years of age. 
• Must be able to pass background check. 
• Must possess the ability to be customer-service oriented, friendly, and motivated to provide necessary information and assistance to our valued patrons. 
• Have steady transportation. 
• Friendly and able to work well with others. 
• Meet company grooming standards.  

Working Conditions: 

• Requires working mostly outdoors in extreme hot and cold temperatures.  
• Requires walking, standing, lifting, and bending. 
• Must be able to work weekends.
