As a rapidly growing home improvement company, Spires Home Improvements is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team in Baltimore, OH. We are currently hiring for the following full-time positions: Carpenters, Electricians, HVAC technicians, and Heavy Equipment Operators.
**Job Overview:**
As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our company deliver high-quality home improvement services to our clients. From building and installing to repairing and maintaining, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to your specific trade.
**Responsibilities:**
- Carpenters: Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials
- Electricians: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential homes
- HVAC Technicians: Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Heavy Equipment Operators: Operate machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist with construction projects
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in your specific trade
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
**Salary Range:**
$15 to $19.5 per hour
