In-home pediatric speech therapy
Speech Bubbles Pediatric Speech Therapy Inc. is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Carlsbad, CA. (Flexible location) As a full-time Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide in-home speech therapy services to pediatric patients
- Conduct evaluations to assess speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each patient
- Implement therapy techniques to improve communication skills
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) OR Clinical Fellow
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
-Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation range of $91,000 to $102,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Client cancellations and no-shows do *not* impact your pay - you would be salaried for stability.
