Position Overview:

We are looking for compassionate, highly motivated motivated Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about positively impacting their clients' lives. This role is perfect for candidates who value independence and flexibility. Early intervention and family coaching experience are preferred but not required. Mentorship and training opportunities are available for practitioners who are new to Early Start services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy to children and families in their homes.
• Create and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State licensure to practice.
• Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in neurodiversity-affirming practices is preferred but not required.
• New graduates and Clinical Fellows are welcome and highly encouraged to apply; mentorship will be provided.
