Location

• Positions available throughout San Diego county, work close to home and build a caseload in your own community.

Compensation

• $50-$60 for billable hours; $18-$20 for non-billable. Get paid for travel, administrative time, and cancellations.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based speech and language therapy services for families receiving California Early Start services through the San Diego Regional Center (SDRC).
• Conduct assessments using the Rossetti Infant-Toddler Language Scales and write assessments, progress, and discharge reports to submit to SDRC.
• Provide direct treatment to children and their families in the child's natural environment to help the child meet their IFSP goals.
• Work with families to help them implement a home-based treatment program and train families in the use of language facilitation strategies.
• Complete administrative paperwork, patient charting, travel expenses, and home visit notes in a timely fashion.

Minimum Qualifications

• California Driver's License
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• At least 1 year of related experience. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept CF applicants at this time

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous early intervention and/or parent coaching experience
• Knowledgeable about AAC, gestalt language processing, and neurodiversity affirming therapy.
• Bilingual
