Speech Bee Speech Therapy, Inc. is a pediatric speech therapy clinic serving clients throughout San Diego county. We provide in-home and teletherapy with a strong emphasis on parent coaching. Specializing particularly in AAC for early intervention or preschool-aged clients, it is our goal to provide neurodiversity affirming, gentle services with a client and family driven approach.

Speech Bee Speech Therapy, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists for home-based positions in San Diego County. We are a small, therapist-owned clinic providing in-home services and specializing in early intervention, AAC, and family coaching. We are looking for a few passionate and independent SLPs to join our team.

We are open to hiring candidates throughout San Diego County but have an immediate need in the following areas: North County (Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido)

Minimum Qualifications:

• A master's degree from an accredited university
• Certificate of Clinical Competence - Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) *strong CF candidates may be considered*
• Fully licensed to practice in the state of California *strong RPE candidates may be considered*
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Experience with early intervention and parent coaching
• Experience with AAC, childhood apraxia of speech, and/or gestalt language acquisition

Compensation:

• $1555-$2150 weekly *based on a full-time caseload of 25-30 clients*
• Session rate of $60-$70 depending on experience. Administrative rate of $20-$22 per hour.
