We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). While preference will be given to candidates who are already credentialed as an RBT, we are open to considering the right candidate for training.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA instruction using individualized curriculum designed by a BCBA
- Communicate with parents regarding ABA treatment
- Collect, graph, and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data under BCBA supervision
- Write detailed session notes
- Be punctual and prepared for sessions
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- RBT credential required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean background check
- Motivated to learn and grow in the field
- Patience and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
