Specialty Service Solutions, is seeking CNA/HCA for private In-Home Care, including rotating weekends and evenings. Must be a mature, dependable, caring individual that holds Certification and the willingness to perform basic chore and caregiving services. You will provide outstanding patient care and physical support for patients and families. One must be well organized, punctual, trustworthy, and patience is a must. Be detailed oriented, respectful of differences and resourceful, able to problem solve. Must be a self-starter and team player with excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work as a team. Must have effective communication skills and the ability to listen to clients’ needs and wants without a self-serving nature. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain poise under pressure with a customer service mindset. Must be able to follow DOH regulations and all times.

Ability to respect and maintain the confidentiality of clients and business information at all times.
- Providing great patient care with clientele mindset and follow the care plan.
- Must be a team player.
- Must maintain neat clean appearance, including automobile.
- Answering client calls and determining how best to help them.
- Providing physical support for clients with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, - using the toilet, walking, standing or exercising.
- Ensuring clients receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
- Obtaining a wide range of information from physicians and nurses about client condition, treatment plans, and suggested activities.
- Reminding clients to take medications and nutritional supplements.
- Noting observations of client behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms.
- High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head.
- Stay up to date on CNA training and facility policy and procedure.
- Willingness to provide chore service at clients & company request. (example; shopping, cleaning, engaging new clients, running errands, driving client to medical appointments, and cleaning, etc.)
- Wage depending on experience.
Salary
$17 - $25 per hour
