- Responsibilities
- Lead leasing efforts and drive occupancy through effective marketing and resident retention strategies.
- Support and oversee all aspects of property operations, including resident relations, renewals, and day-to-day performance.
- Utilize Entrata for leasing, rent collection, reporting, and maintenance tracking.
- Build positive relationships with residents through communication, conflict resolution, and customer service.
- Partner with the maintenance team to ensure communities are safe, well-kept, and responsive to resident needs.
- Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts to ensure quality service at the best value.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal, compliance, and operational standards.
- Keep accurate records of leases, resident interactions, financial transactions, and property documentation.
- Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in student housing or multifamily property management is required.
- Demonstrated success in leasing and occupancy growth.
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive resident situations.
- Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- A proactive, career-focused mindset with the desire to grow into a Property Manager role.
