Description

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of the property, including leasing administration, staff training, financial reporting, resident relations, and marketing performance. They must prepare and implement a marketing plan, monitor expenses, maintain budgeted occupancy levels, and achieve maximum revenue. The General Manager must also supervise staff, handle resident issues, and ensure the property is well-maintained. They should have strong communication skills, be computer literate, and possess a high degree of professionalism. A Bachelor's degree and prior student housing experience are required. The General Manager must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Salary

$25 - $30.28 per hour
