Role Requirements
- Develop virtual representations of complex systems that exist only on a napkin, have been operating for 100 years, and anywhere in between.
- Identify and reflect interconnections between components, subsystems, and systems through simulating the interfaces between them.
- Verify models and validate outputs against real world data or first principles.
- Analyze simulation results and communicate insights and recommendations through post-processing tools and detailed collateral development.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate modeling and simulation efforts into overall project designs.
- Define software or tool architectures in the context of various project and company needs.
- Be curious about emerging tools, techniques, and practices.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in modeling and simulation or adjacent role, with a focus on complex systems.
- Proficiency in Python or equivalent programming language.

- Will need to travel <5% of the year
