The Inside Sales Associate will serve as the primary resource and first line of customer support for new and existing clients. They will be responsible for getting the attention of customers and closing sales through cold calling, negotiating sales terms, and providing needs assessments.

We are currently in another transition and growth period and we are looking to grow our team. We are in search of Event Professionals, or people with a passion for events, to help with new streams of revenue. This person needs to be able to be part of a team and work independently. They will have weekly and monthly metric goals to meet to ensure they are performing and contributing at the best they can be. We will support them with some of the industry’s Top Event Professionals, helping them see and understand the vision and goals of EIS Group and their clients to help everyone meet their goals. 


The Position:

Inside Sales Associate in our Rental Division plays a critical role for our clients throughout the planning and execution of their events. Inside Sales Associates are responsible for the maintenance of existing accounts by providing ongoing support & service for inbound quotes, in addition to driving development within their territory by generating new leads and reestablishing downward trending accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a mastery of customer service, efficiency & accuracy with contract management, and a hunger for relationship building with new and existing clients. The Inside Sales Associate is a revenue generating role with the expectation to eagerly participate in revenue generating activities while providing excellent customer service.

The Work:

  • Serving as the primary resource and first line of customer support for new and existing clients
  • Providing direct assistance to all industry partners and one-time customers for design support, order placement, and order fulfillment
  • Conducting regular outreach to downward trending accounts as well as sourcing new leads & developing new business within a specific territory
  • Answering, directing, and managing inbound sales calls
  • Providing support to branch team when necessary
  • Conducting design studio consultations with prospective clients
  • Tracking business development and existing client activities in CRM
  • Some weekend work

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in event planning, event production, event management, or account management
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience
  • Ability to learn systems quickly
  • Exceptional phone and email communication skills
  • English proficiency required. Bilingual Spanish/English desirable.

$36,000 - $46,000 per year
