What you’ll be doing at Special Event Flooring Technology, LLC?


  • Collaborating with team members to provide necessary financial reports.
  • Handle general ledger bookkeeping where necessary.
  • Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities.
  • Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to the organization.
  • Ensure the organization pays its debts/bill within the given timeframe.
  • Invoice creation.
  • Expense management.
  • Reconcile reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

What requirements you’ll need?


·       High School diploma or equivalent, required.

·       3-5 years in accounting.

·       Basic computer skills with knowledge of how to manage bookkeeping software.

·       Understanding of QuickBooks at a proficient level.

·       Bilingual- Spanish.
