Position Overview:
As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward through three distinct avenues of earning commissions:
1. Business Development: Identify and establish relationships with prospective clients in the Michigan, Nashville, Washington DC, Phoenix, and Carolina markets. Cultivate partnerships by showcasing our recruitment expertise and tailoring solutions to meet their specific hiring needs.
2. Direct Hire, Temporary, and Executive Recruitment: Source, evaluate, and present top-tier candidates for various roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial assessment to offer acceptance. Your expertise will contribute to successful placements and increased commission potential.
3. Account Management: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted consultant for their ongoing recruitment needs. Your ability to provide exceptional service will lead to recurring business opportunities and enhanced commission earnings.
