Are you an experienced leader in the senior living industry looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact? Our client, a respected provider of senior living services, is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to oversee a 60-unit Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Sylvania, Ohio.

About the Role:

As the Executive Director, you will lead a dedicated care team, focusing on providing top-tier service and enhancing the lives of residents. This role requires someone with a strong background in senior living management, particularly in leading and scheduling care staff. A key component of this role is supporting the Health and Wellness Director, who must be a Licensed Nurse in the State of Ohio.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in senior living management, with a focus on Assisted Living and Memory Care.

- Leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire a care team.

- Strong operational skills, including managing schedules and maintaining high standards of care.

- A commitment to long-term success—no job hoppers, please! We need someone ready to jump in and take the bull by the horns.

Compensation:

- Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per year.
