You’ll manage daily operations, resolve client questions or concerns, and collaborate with our service team to exceed expectations. You’ll also look for new opportunities to enhance our services and deepen client relationships. Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and consistently meet our high standards
• Work hand-in-hand with our cleaning teams to make sure each service is delivered with excellence
• Proactively identify ways to enhance client satisfaction and expand service offerings
• Track and document interactions, feedback, and improvement areas to maintain high-quality standards

• Experience: Proven background in account management, client services, or customer success (bonus points for experience in cleaning or facilities management)
