Space to Grow Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Concord, CA. As a full-time member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families through your expertise in speech and language therapy.


**Job Overview:**

As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist at Space to Grow Therapy, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to children with various communication disorders. You will work closely with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and help children reach their full potential.


**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities of pediatric patients

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address communication disorders

- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills

- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other team members to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in pediatric speech therapy

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment plans


**Requirements:**

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)

- Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in California

- 1 Year Minimum experience working with pediatric population preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Passion for helping children reach their communication goals

**Salary Range:**

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
