**Job Overview:**

In this full-time role, you will work with children in a home health and/or clinic-based setting, providing occupational therapy services to help them develop the skills they need to participate in everyday activities. You will collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to create individualized treatment plans that address each child's unique needs.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct evaluations to assess the child's strengths and areas for improvement

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help children achieve their therapy goals

- Provide hands-on therapy sessions that focus on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living

- Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support their child's progress outside of therapy sessions

- Document and track progress towards therapy goals

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

- Active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California

- 1 Year Minimum experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a home health setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
