- Weekend availability
- 3+ years experience preferred
- Experience with pediatric feeding preferred

Job Duties / Essential Job Functions:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to pediatric patients with developmental delays or disabilities in the clinic.
- Implement developmentally appropriate strategies designed to promote progress across global developmental domains including cognitive, communication, motor, social-emotional, and adaptive skills.
- Conduct developmental observations and assessments to identify individual strengths, needs, and areas for intervention.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and education to parents and caregivers to support developmental skill-building in daily routines.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and complete service documentation and records in compliance with applicable federal and California privacy laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
- Collaborate with families, service coordinators, therapists, educators, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care and service delivery.
- Facilitate developmentally appropriate activities designed to promote independence, participation, and overall developmental progress.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment during service delivery.
