Nursery & Order Fulfillment Assistant
Are you passionate about plants and love working outdoors? Join our dynamic team at Sow Exotic as a Nursery & Order Fulfillment Assistant! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our nursery operations, helping us grow and share rare fruiting and medicinal plants from around the world with our customers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Preparation: Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and ship plants and gardening products.
- Plant Care: Identify and care for a diverse collection of edible plants, including pruning, watering, weeding, and pest management.
- Inventory Management: Assist with the day-to-day management of supply and greenhouse inventory, ensuring everything is organized and well-maintained.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to balance duties and maintain a high standard of workflow.
- Physical Tasks: Perform repetitive movements such as squatting, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs comfortably.
- Outdoor Work: Handle occasional seasonal Florida weather conditions, whether it’s hot, rainy, or cold.

Position Details:
- Location: 6405 Thornhill Road, Winter Haven, FL 33880
- Hours: Part-time, Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm (Schedule adjusts seasonally)
- Reports to: Nursery Team Lead, Fulfillment Team Lead
