Cashier Duties
- Manage and process customer transactions in a fast-paced retail setting, accounting for all cash and credit card sales
- Lottery sales, fresh fudge sales, store retail and convenience sales such as tobacco/vaping-related goods, prepackaged BBQ/fresh foods, beer and wine/other beverages, snacks, and gifts
- Answer customer questions in person and via phone calls, and direct/transfer incoming callers to the appropriate departments
Requirements
- Dependability, promptness, reliable transportation
- Experience with lottery sales and cashier duties are a plus
- Experience determines starting pay, typically in a range of $9-$11
Restaurant and Catering Food Server Duties
- Provide wait-service in our family-friendly full-service restaurant
- Handle dine in and take out food orders, and general customer service
- Advise customers on menu, which is home style comfort casual
- Service hours are until 8pm
- May be asked to assist with offsite catered events from time to time
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or more
- Neatness, uniformed appearance, attentiveness, clear and courteous speaking manner , promptness, reliability
- Prefer at least a year of hospitality experience. We offer a competitive serving base wage of $5/hour with tip pool sharing and cash tips; expectation for an experienced server with great service is $15-18 per hour or more including tips
- Scheduling can be for part time or full time, and we work with you on a flexible schedule if you can pick up 3-4 shifts a week
Restaurant Catering Team Member Duties
- Coordinate with our customers and our kitchen to enable food preparation and service for onsite pickups, catering deliveries, remote events and functions
- Responsible for setting up, serving and cleaning up, while ensuring food is prepared and served to the highest standards
- Transport, set up and break down catering equipment and serving stations
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure food is presented attractively and to the highest standard
- Interact with customers and our team in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with the preparation of food items as needed
- (Team Lead Position) Ensure receipt of customer deposits and payment of balances due
- Ensure proper inventory and supplies levels in organized manner
- Perform other related duties as assigned by General Management
- Availability on weekends to work a 36-40 hour schedule
Requirements
- Drivers' license with clean record
- Computer skills at a level of being able to use email, phone/voice mail, and build quotes and invoices and send to customers
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
