The Service Manager is responsible for managing daily operations of our restaurant through proper staffing levels, food quality & control, internal & external guest development and satisfaction, vendor management, and overall safety & sanitation.



  • Responsible for the operations and daily activities of the restaurant.
  • Focus on the guests' wants and needs. 
  • Resolving guest issues, complaints and suggestions. 
  • Resolving End of Day, cash handling and deposits.
  • Follow and implement food safety regulations, cleanliness standards and fire safety procedures.
  • Ensure quality food comes from the kitchen by overseeing the presentation and delivery of food.  
  • Ensure the guest receives consistent and properly cooked food.
  • Ability to develop the team with strong leadership skills and communicate effectively .
  • Encourage the team to provide outstanding service by creating connections and fostering memorable experiences.
  • Open mindedness to the team and allow them to express their feedback and implement those ideas.
  • Understand and follow budgetary guidelines.
  • Maintain and record equipment and food inventories.
  • Delegate tasks amongst the team. 
  • Conducts pre-shift meetings with the team.
  • Creates and distributes weekly schedules.  Preferred familiarity with scheduling software.


High School Diploma or Equivalent Degree

5 years of experience in Hospitality


$40,000 - $45,000 per year
