Concierges act as the first point of contact with the guest. They are tasked with answering guest inquiries, directing phone calls, coordinating travel plans, and more. The Reception Concierge develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the hotel to ensure guest requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.



  • Answer phone and email inquiries from guests in a timely and respectful manner
  • Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
  • Offer restaurant and activity recommendations in the area
  • Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc.
  • Ensure that guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times
  • Act as a liaison between guests and any department necessary including the kitchen, housekeeping, bar, banquets, sales, etc. 
  • Anticipate guests needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed
  • Acknowledge guest issues and resolve with care in a timely manner 
  • Listen to the guests' wants and needs during their stay.  Note special requests and conversations to get to know the guest and make a connection. 


High school diploma or equivalent degree

Prior experience with guest interaction and service.


$13 - $15 per hour
