SALARY RANGE: $3000 - $5000 per month + Bonuses and Commission

- Install, maintain, and repair solar power systems, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and associated wiring.

- Conduct site evaluations to determine the most effective placement and configuration of solar panels.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful completion of installation projects within designated timelines.

- Perform electrical wiring and connectivity work, adhering to safety protocols and local electrical codes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation or maintenance process.

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on existing solar systems to ensure optimal performance.

- Keep accurate records of all installation and maintenance activities.

- Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with information and guidance on solar energy systems.

- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in solar power installation and maintenance.

- Continuously learn and adapt to new technology and advancements in the field of solar power.

- Bonus and commission opportunities available based on performance.


- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Valid Electrician license or certification.

- Proven experience in installing and maintaining solar power systems.

- In-depth knowledge of electrical wiring and circuitry.

- Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety regulations.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working at heights.

- Valid driver's license.

- Own transportation.
