The Role
As a Strength and Conditioning Coach at D1 Training Kendall Miami, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs tailored to the needs of our athletes. You will work closely with individuals and teams to enhance their performance and promote a healthy lifestyle.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver customized training programs based on individual and team goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate athletes' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and feedback to athletes during training sessions.
- Monitor athletes' progress and adjust training plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.
- Educate athletes on proper techniques, nutrition, and injury prevention strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive training environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance overall program effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role, preferably in a sports or fitness setting.
- Strong knowledge of training techniques, fitness assessments, and nutrition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with athletes of all backgrounds.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to reach their fitness goals.
- Certification in personal training or a related field is preferred but not required.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with diverse populations, including youth and adults.
- Familiarity with various training methodologies and fitness technologies.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Passion for sports and fitness, with a desire to help others succeed.
$25 - $35 per hour
