Description

About SourceClub

At SourceClub, we're redefining dental purchasing by delivering transparent, cost-effective, and innovative solutions to private practice dental offices nationwide. Founded in 2020 by the former VP of Supply Chain at a 200+ office DSO, we've grown into a fast-moving company built on genuine partnerships with our vendors and members.

We charge a flat monthly subscription, take zero vendor kickbacks, and pass the savings straight to our members. The average practice saves $10,000 to $30,000 a year on the exact same products they were already buying, they just stop overpaying. Today we serve 600+ dental practices nationwide.

The Role

Maybe you've spent years chairside as a dental assistant or dental hygienist. Maybe you've been a dental office manager or treatment coordinator. Maybe you've worked inside a DSO or the business side of a dental company. Whatever the path, you know dental products inside and out, and you understand how a practice actually runs day to day.

If you're coming from clinic: do you ever wish you could put your dental knowledge to work in a new way, outside the operatory?

This is a fast-paced, fully remote role, no travel required. You'll be managing multiple accounts at once and things move quickly, so you'll want to be someone who likes staying busy and thrives with variety in your day.

Role Overview

The Customer Success Specialist owns the first 90 days of every new SourceClub member relationship, end to end. You'll run onboarding calls, run structured savings check-ins at 45 and 90 days, and manage a live book of accounts against a customer health scoring system, before handing off a strong, healthy member to the Director of Customer Success. It's the second-most senior seat in our Customer Success team.

This role is scoped tightly against two others. Our Onboarding Specialist handles back-office setup (vendor accounts, platform configuration, invoice routing), and you'll work closely with her as a true partner on the member experience. Most of your time is customer-facing, with real admin work built into the day-to-day, and as you grow into the role, expect more ownership of that partnership over time. The Director of Customer Success owns our largest group accounts and escalations. You own the face of the member experience for every standard account.

What You'd Actually Do

  • After our Onboarding Specialist completes account setup, you run both live onboarding touchpoints with every new member, an initial setup call and a short follow-up training check-in about a week later, walking through supplier setup, platform access, and payment to get them confident and operational fast
  • Run structured 45- and 90-day savings check-ins, showing practices concrete proof of what they've saved and identifying where they're still leaving money on the table (wrong products or an underused platform). At 90 days, your work with that member's onboarding journey is complete and the account transitions to ongoing coverage
  • Manage an ongoing book of accounts against our customer health scoring system (still evolving, you'll have real input as it develops), starting with smaller accounts while larger, more complex accounts stay with the Director of Customer Success. As you grow into the role, you'll take on more higher-touch accounts over time
  • Own ongoing member support hand-in-hand with our Onboarding Specialist, ordering questions, platform issues, product substitutions, answered within one business day

What Makes You a Fit

  • Communication and personality are everything here. You're warm, curious, and naturally quick to build trust, confident leading video calls with practice owners, office managers, and assistants, and credible from the very first conversation
  • Real dental knowledge from any path, chairside, DSO, or the business side of the dental industry, you know dental products, understand how a practice actually runs day to day, and think in terms of outcomes and account health, not just tasks completed
  • Comfortable reasoning from data, this role lives in a scorecard and you're expected to draw conclusions from it, not just report it
  • You're used to juggling a lot at once, whether that's multiple patients and a packed schedule or a book of accounts, and you know how to tell what's actually urgent from what's just loud, without dropping anything along the way
  • Proactive and self-directed, you surface problems before they become customer-facing, and you pick up new tools without much hand-holding
  • Growth-minded and a constant learner, comfortable in a role that's still being built and will keep evolving
  • Comfortable with Google Suite, bonus points if you know Excel, and quick to pick up new tools
