This is a high-impact, senior executive level opportunity for a data-driven marketing leader who thrives in a startup environment and wants to scale a platform that directly supports artists, producers, engineers, songwriters, and other music creators.

Millions of dollars have been invested in creating this industry leading music collaboration platform, and product-market fit has been recently established. With a solid initial user base, subscription growth is set to ramp. We are now building a leadership team to scale rapidly and drive sustained revenue growth.


About the Opportunity

You will be the architect and driver of the company’s marketing strategy, owning everything from content creation to acquisition funnels to creator partnerships.

You’ll lead creative content production while helping to drive the overall marketing strategy as the team grows. You’ll present marketing performance and strategic growth plans directly to the CEO and investors, while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to increase subscriber engagement and retention.


Key Responsibilities

Growth & Digital Marketing

  • Lead digital marketing strategy across paid social, content, and demand generation channels
  • Drive adoption and subscription revenue growth
  • Own GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and performance dashboards to optimize the full funnel
  • Build and manage DTC funnels, landing pages, email campaigns, and conversion strategies
  • Build scalable marketing roadmaps aligned with business objectives

Creative & Content

  • Execute video initiatives including testimonials and creator spotlights
  • Produce digital marketing assets including ads, graphics, and social visuals
  • Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with artists, producers, and creators

Creator Community Marketing

  • Identify and manage relationships with top creators, producers, and influencers
  • Lead authentic, creator-led campaigns within a fast-paced production environment
  • Track and optimize influencer and community-driven performance

Product Growth & Strategy

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to improve onboarding, UX, and retention
  • Lead customer research, feedback loops, and experimentation
  • Help shape long-term brand identity and marketing infrastructure

Leadership & Investor Communication

  • Present growth strategy, campaigns, KPIs, and results to leadership and investors
  • Provide insight on market trends, creator behavior, and growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in SaaS growth marketing
  • Proven success scaling B2C or DTC SaaS products, not just brand or artist marketing
  • Strong analytical and hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads, and performance dashboards
  • Music industry experience and a genuine appreciation for creators is a plus
  • The ability to execute and deliver results, not just delegate
  • Prior management experience leading a growing team
  • Confidence communicating with executives and investors
  • Comfort wearing many hats in a creative, start-up, build-as-you-go environment

This is a remote role, but extra consideration will be given to candidates based in the Southeast region (including Memphis, Nashville, Atlanta, and New Orleans) for occasional trips to our main office in Memphis. Travel expenses will be covered.
