Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist's (AMFT & LMFT) to join our dynamic team. We are open to both licensed and pre-licensed therapists. Strong preference for those who are experienced in working with couples, children/teens, trauma, anxiety, and PTSD. We will handle all of the referrals so you can focus on seeing clients. You get to determine and set your work hour schedule and work with a very supportive team.

Position: This is a W-2 position for a therapist (psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, ASW, AMFT) to work in a private practice setting providing counseling to individuals and couples.

Both part time and full time therapist positions available. All client referrals are provided.

Full time requires 24+ client hours/week (typically meaning 27-28 clients need to be scheduled) with a flexible schedule and is eligible for additional benefits. 

Part time requires 20+ client hours/week (this typically means 23-24 clients need to be scheduled weekly).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
• Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities and training

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Current AMFT, ACPP, or ACSW or LMFT registration and compliance with licensing requirements
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work with diverse populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality
