About Soul Flow Yoga LLC

Soul Yoga is a hot power yoga studio with 2 locations, one on the Swamp Rabbit Trail in Greenville, SC and the other in Five Forks in Simpsonville, SC. We are made up of a team of passionate individuals working towards drishti to create a movement that promotes personal awareness of health, fitness, breath, mind and soul connection through a Baptiste-influenced yoga practice. Our vision is to establish Soul Yoga as a destination for wellness, revitalization and balance for people in our community to foster a more harmonious relationship between mind, breath and soul.

Being well trained and knowledgeable about classes and memberships will be equally important for the YES Team.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE YES TEAM

● Arrive on time for each scheduled shift; clock in and out within designated hours.

● Clear communication with the entire Soul Yoga team including teachers, management, Energy Exchange

T eam, assistants, and members.

● Ensure each guest has an unforgettable in-studio experience.

● Greet each student by first name to make a connection and foster customer loyalty.

● Create a seamless check-in process for each student.

● Actively exude positive energy while engaging in conversations and completing tasks.

● Answer the phone in a timely and professional manner.

● Manage the cash register and cash handling procedures.

● Assist guests through their retail experience from start to finish as well as promoting studio events.

● Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well-taken care of and like they are a part of the

Soul Yoga community.

● Opening, midday and closing duties are fulfilled and signed off on.

● Build the Soul Yoga community through completion of memberships tasks, including importing, calling, texting

and emailing during each shift.

● Ensure that classrooms, locker rooms and lobby are kept clean and free of trash and debris at all times.

● Ability to prioritize workload in order to complete all shift responsibilities and set up the next shift for success.

● Lead the Energy Exchange team when guidance is needed in order to complete all shift duties.

● Understand that in absence of an Energy Exchange team member, the Yes T eam is responsible for those

duties.

● Commitment to a gossip free, integrity driven environment.

● Provide feedback to instructors and fellow team members in the format of keep, start, stop.

QUALIFICATIONS: SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

● Ability to provide a superior retail experience while greeting and establishing rapport with the guests

● Ability to work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment

● Attention to detail and professionalism

● Ability to maintain a clean workspace

● Ability to maintain a clean and pleasant appearance and demeanor

● Energetic, friendly, and generally likable

● Excellent conversation skills and ability to professionally represent yourself in person, over the phone, and in

writing

● Knowledge of health and wellness is a major plus

● Experience in retail is highly preferred
