Responsibilities

• In your role as a FedEx Operations Manager, you would report to the FedEx Ground Terminal at 180 Daniel Belmonte Dr, Emporia, VA where you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within our FedEx facility, ensuring efficiency, adherence to company standards, and the smooth functioning of the operation of Sonrise Unlimited.

• Your responsibilities include: coaching, developing, and managing the performance of employees, including disciplinary actions if needed, monitoring and evaluating daily operations to ensure productivity goals are met, and identifying areas for improvement, implementing and managing process improvement programs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, monitoring the operations, overtime, and overall headcount, investigating and resolving customer service issues, and ensuring safe and efficient package sorting and loading.
