Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and families? Sonoran Learning and Behavioral Services (SLBS) is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dynamic team. As an RBT with SLBS, you'll have the opportunity to provide individual and group therapy sessions to our valued clients, working closely with a supportive team to deliver top-notch care.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver personalized 1:1 therapy as well as group sessions to children in various settings including our clinic, client homes, and in the community.

- Implement interventions and protocols under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), ensuring adherence to best practices and the RBT Code of Ethics.

- Accurately collect and graph raw data from therapy sessions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our programs.

- Participate in regular supervision meetings to enhance your skills and maintain certification standards.

- Maintain a safe and clean environment for both clients and colleagues.

- Cultivate professional relationships with clients, families, and team members, fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.

- Demonstrate punctuality and professionalism in attendance and documentation, ensuring seamless clinical service delivery.

- Collaborate and communicate effectively with your supervisor as well as clients, caregivers, and other SLBS staff members.

Education & Qualifications:

- Must be eligible to work in the United States.

- Hold a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education.

- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required or a demonstrated willingness to pursue certification as a requirement of employment.

- Demonstrated experience working with children with autism.

- Eligible for or in possession of a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

-The ideal candidate has 1+ years experience as a RBT or BT and is confident in their ability to deliver quality direct ABA therapy services to clients of SLBS.
