100% remote psychotherapist treating anxiety, panic, perfectionism, ADHD, and OCD

Description

We're seeking an independently licensed psychologist who can provide psychotherapy for children 6+, teens, parents, and adults. This position is 100% virtual and starts out as part-time with the intent to grow to full-time as your caseload is filled (a minimum of 25 clients per week). The preferred candidate is interested in working with individuals and families who struggle with anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and panic disorder.

Many shifts are available, and our administrative office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position is quite flexible, and we can work with you to create your dream job.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients of all ages, including parent consultations as needed.
  • Assess patient needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to support client progress.
  • Conduct psychological assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and inform treatment strategies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including social workers and medical staff, to provide coordinated, holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA, legal, insurance and ethical standards.
  • Offer specialized support in pediatric settings to address the psychological needs of children and adolescents,
  • Engage in professional development and stay current on advancements in psychology and mental health practices.


Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Independent licensure as a psychologist in the state of Indiana.
  • 2+ years of experience in psychotherapy, with a strong background in individual and group counseling techniques.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, parents, and adults.
  • Preferred expertise or interest in treating ADHD, anxiety, panic disorder, and OCD.
  • Familiarity with pediatric psychology is a plus.
  • Preferably paneled as an in-network provider with insurance companies or willingness to obtain paneling.
  • Proficiency in managing medical records and understanding confidentiality regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.

Salary

$91,875 - $128,625 per year
