Description

We’re seeking an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is experienced in providing psychotherapy for children 6+, teens, parents, and adults. This position is 100% virtual and starts part-time with the intent to grow to full-time as your caseload is filled (a minimum of 25 clients per week). We are looking for someone interested in working with individuals and families who struggle with anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and panic disorder.

Many shifts are available, and our administrative office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The position is quite flexible, and we can work with you to create your dream job.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions, including parent consultations, to address mental health issues and promote emotional well-being.
  • Assess client needs through comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, to facilitate client progress.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA , insurance and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic care and support for clients.
  • Provide case management services, coordinating resources and support for clients and their families.
  • Offer guidance to families navigating behavioral health challenges.
  • Stay current with best practices in social work and participate in ongoing professional development.
  • Engage in clinical research to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Must be an independently licensed psychotherapist registered in the state of Indiana
  • Must have 2+ years of experience conducting psychotherapy
  • Proven experience in behavioral health settings, particularly working with children.
  • Strong skills in individual psychotherapy, group counseling, and case management.
  • Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to conduct clinical research and apply findings to practice.
  • Commitment to ethical standards of practice and continuous professional growth.
  • Preferred training and interest in ADHD, anxiety, panic disorder, and/or OCD
  • Preferably the candidate is paneled as an in-network provider with insurance companies or is willing to be paneled

Salary

$72,300 - $102,900 per year
