We are committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals struggling with addiction and substance abuse. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Therapist to join our team.

Job Description: As a Group Facilitator, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions to clients with addiction and substance abuse and/or mental health issues. You could facilitate 1-20 groups per week.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct group therapy sessions for clients with addiction and substance abuse challenges.
  • Lead group therapy sessions to address various aspects of addiction and recovery.
  • Utilize the KIPU system to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. (Training available).
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their challenges and work towards recovery.

Requirements:

  • Certification such as RADT, CADC, CATC, SUDC, etc.
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Licensed as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or fully licensed.
  • Strong empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specific experience in addiction treatment and a deep understanding of substance abuse issues.
  • Familiarity and proficiency with the KIPU system.


Population: The facilitator will primarily work with clients between the ages of 25 and 45 who are struggling with addiction and substance abuse and/or mental health challenges.
