Job Description: Solar Team Lead

You’ll be responsible for managing a high-performing team, tracking performance, and delivering exceptional results while fostering growth and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Development


  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to create a high-performing group.
  • Lead by example as a positive role model, inspiring professionalism and excellence.
  • Develop first- and second-generation team leaders through strategic mentorship.
  • Build strong relationships with team members to foster collaboration and trust.

Performance Management


  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure the team meets company goals.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to track progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop action plans to improve performance and productivity.
  • Lead the team to achieve a production goal of $25,000+ for two consecutive weeks with a rejection rate of 30% or less.

Operational Excellence


  • Oversee the execution of campaigns and business trips, including "baby blitz" initiatives.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and maintain team profitability.
  • Manage campaign logistics and implement best practices to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain a professional image for the team and uphold company values.

Strategic Goal Setting


  • Collaborate with leadership to set achievable team and individual goals.
  • Plan and execute strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Align team objectives with overall company mission and goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in sales or the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking KPIs and metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Experience managing campaigns or business operations is a plus.
