Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule consultations between prospective clients and solar consultants.
  • Information Sharing: Provide basic information about solar energy benefits and address initial inquiries from customers.
  • Database Management: Accurately input and maintain customer information in CRM systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff and alignment of goals.

Requirements:
