IMPORTANT NOTE: Travel up to 30% of the time is required in the performance of the work for this position. Travel will include evenings days.

Description

We are seeking an individual with a training background interested in expanding their skillset in one of the fastest-growing CRM, ERP, and Automation ecosystems. This person will work directly with clients to design and develop practical training and course materials, as well as provide effective and creative classroom and virtual facilitation of training.


This role will focus on HubSpot, NetSuite, VoIP, scheduling and other custom technologies.



About You

  • Experience developing, modifying, and maintaining scripts, standard operating procedures, as well as revising training materials for instruction of adult learners.
  • You are familiar with Hubspot, or familiar with other CRM, ERP, or Automation platforms whose concepts can be translated (Salesforce, SAP, Netsuite, Workday, etc.)
  • You have an interest in B2B technology and helping solar companies deliver best-in-class customer experiences
  • You’re a self-starter who loves to build cool things on the newest technologies
  • 2-3+ years in a similar role
  • Video creation experience is preferred

 


A Normal Day in This Role:

  • Working alongside clients to determine needs + the feasibility of executing those needs/requests from a training perspective
  • Developing clean, commented, and scalable training solutions for clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Meeting with clients to create training solutions
  • Understanding, creating, and modifying modules and the learning academy
  • Keep up-to-date with new technology features to educate internal stakeholders

Compensation includes a commission based on onsite training.

Salary

$75,000 - $110,000 per year
