Description

We are seeking a HubSpot Solutions Consultant with an interest in expanding their skillset in one of the fastest-growing CRM, ERP, and Automation ecosystems. This person will work embedded in our integration team to provide high-impact work for many exciting solar and renewable clients by solving challenging problems and creating delightful user experiences.


Our technical team members are experts on HubSpot. This role ensures smooth project execution by facilitating standardized processes, coordinating workload, and serving as the central point for clients. This person will manage clients on projects ranging from implementation, integration, extensibility, and advisory on the HubSpot platform and Solar Inbound recommended tech stack.


This role is client-facing and requires strong technical, project management, and delegation skills to be successful.



About You

  • You have experience with HubSpot implementation, having built previously.
  • You are advanced with Hubspot and other Automation platforms whose concepts can be translated (Salesforce, NetSuite, Make, Zapier)
  • You have an interest in B2B technology and helping solar companies deliver best-in-class customer experiences
  • You’re a self-starter who loves to build cool things on the newest technologies
  • Professional Services experience is preferred
  • HubSpot Admin capabilities
  • Workflows knowledge
  • Field creation and administration
  • Data modeling for custom objects
  • Understanding of webhooks
  • Data migration and mapping
  • Sequences implementation
  • HubSpot Certifications or Experience in: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, Content Hub, Commerce Hub, Reports and dashboards

 


A Normal Day in This Role:

  • Work with cutting edge beta HubSpot features to design solutions for customers
  • Implement client solutions including data mapping and import, process/property setup, and workflow creation
  • Diagram solutions and build lightweight process maps using Lucidchart or equivalent
  • Present solutions to clients and articulate technical concepts as understandable business use cases
  • Drive client requirements gathering conversations, leading lines of questioning to uncover true needs
  • Specc and delegate work items to integrations team and support them when they have questions
  • QA and drive UAT with clients on custom solutions our technical teams have engineered
  • Maintain assigned client base
