This is a hands-on role that keeps our events running smoothly, from organizing equipment to loading trucks and helping bring events to life.
What the Schedule Looks Like
- Part-time & full-time hours available
- Must be available Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays
- Some weekday shifts available too
- Flexible hours, including evenings and holidays when needed
- Be ready for early starts, as early as 4 AM on busy days
- Open to split shifts on event days (work early set up and break down later in the day)
Pay
- $17.75–$22/hour, depending on experience
- Higher pay potential if you’re comfortable driving our company vehicles
What You’ll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading trucks and trailers safely and efficiently
- Transporting equipment, food, and beverages to and from event locations
- Making sure everything is packed securely to prevent damage in transit
- Setting up and breaking down event equipment (tables, chairs, décor, etc.)
- Working alongside event planners and staff to get layouts just right
- Keeping equipment clean, safe, and ready for the next event
- Helping with inventory organization, restocking, and tracking
- Cleaning, organizing, and assisting with minor repairs after events
- Keeping the warehouse, dock, and work areas clean and organized
- Following opening and closing routines with your team
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, on time, and ready to jump in
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Solid time management. Knows how to stay on track, even on busy days
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Clean driving record
- Previous experience driving box trucks (up to 24’–26’) preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays)
- Willingness to work split shifts when needed
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Driving Requirements (for driver-qualified candidates)
- Experience driving:
- Box trucks (up to 24’–26’)
- Cargo vans and pickup trucks
- Towing small trailers (10’)
- Valid CA Driver’s License
- Must provide a clean DMV driving record printout
· Food Handler's Certificate and Responsible Beverage Service Certificate (preferred).
