Our Picnic People Team Members is a fluid position which includes any position within our customized events. This can include anything from Buffet Attendants, Registration Attendants, Beverage Servers, Activity Attendants to bussing & clearing. This multifaceted position allows you to experience every position within Picnic People learning every aspect of what makes a event work, and loads of customer service experience. Staff rotates positions throughout the day as to not get stuck in one spot, unless you are a perfect fit for a particular position. This position reports directly to the Event or Catering Lead, and is responsible for assisting the Leads in the set-up & packing up of events. Lifting is required.

High energy, customer based socialization skills, and patience to do activities with kids is required. Looking busy when at a slow position is a bonus trait.
