Key Responsibilities


  • Teach Inspiring Classes: Deliver dynamic and creative vinyasa flow classes with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
  • Specialty Classes Preferred: Ability to teach additional modalities such as Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, or Sculpt is a strong advantage.
  • Studio Support: Arrive at least 20 minutes early to set the space, greet students, and prepare for class. Stay 20 minutes after to connect with students and assist with cleaning.
  • Be a Team Player: Actively contribute to the studio’s community culture by engaging with students and fellow teachers, supporting team goals, and being willing to sub classes when needed.

Requirements


  • Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience preferred; less experience considered with a teaching demo or strong online presence.
  • Reliable, professional, and motivated to contribute to a high-functioning studio team.
  • Kind, warm, and collaborative personality that enhances the studio’s welcoming environment.
  • Strong expertise in teaching vinyasa flow; versatility in other modalities is a plus.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students with creativity and a unique teaching style.


Compensation


  • Competitive pay based on experience and performance:
  • Base rate: $50-$65 per class starting and increases after you are teaching a regular class.
  • Per-head bonus once teaching a regular class on the schedule.
  • Paid for two hours per class, with additional time for preparation and studio maintenance included in base expectations.
