Wage: This internship is unpaid, but we are happy to work with your school to arrange credit. We are also open to revisiting the possibility of compensation in the fall.

Hours: Up to 38 hours a week


Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic People & Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. As a People & Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and operational management. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screenings, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Help maintain employee records and update HR databases with relevant information.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of People & Operations, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Support day-to-day operations to ensure office efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support various HR and operational projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of People & Operations.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources and operational management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new challenges.
