Wage: This internship is unpaid, but we are happy to work with your school to arrange credit. We are also open to revisiting the possibility of compensation in the fall.


Duration: Summer 2024 (with potential for extension or permanent position)


Hours: Minimum of 20 hours a week

Position Overview:

As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management, providing a foundational understanding of customer success principles in a dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, empathetic, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing customer inquiries and support tickets through our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction.
  • Help develop and implement customer engagement strategies, including outreach campaigns and feedback collection initiatives.
  • Support the development of customer success metrics and reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
