Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with patience and efficiency
- Provide product information and technical assistance to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred
