Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Live Chat Agent/ Customer Support/ Technical Support to join our team at Sodecia. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.


Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with patience and efficiency

- Provide product information and technical assistance to customers

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in computer applications and software

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and remotely
