• Tax Preparation: Prepare and review individual and business tax returns.
• Payroll Services: Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Sales Tax: Manage and file sales tax returns for clients.
• QuickBooks Support: Implement, maintain, and support QuickBooks for clients, providing training and troubleshooting as needed.
• Outsourced Accounting: Provide comprehensive accounting services, including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and budgeting.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, tax preparation, and QuickBooks support.
• Certification: CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) preferred.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
