Operations Coordinator

Essential Responsibilities

Registrar & Student Records

  • Maintain accurate and confidential student academic records.
  • Manage student information systems and maintain data accuracy across school platforms.
  • Process transcript requests, records transfers, graduation records, and other academic documentation.
  • Assist administration with student scheduling, enrollment reporting, and academic record management.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable reporting requirements, accreditation standards, and authorizer requirements.

Business Operations & Finance

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Coordinate tuition management systems.
  • Maintain vendor contracts.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as needed.
  • Maintain records related to background checks, personnel files, incident reporting, and other compliance requirements.

Administrative Support

  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, faculty, and visitors.
  • Participate in school events and activities as appropriate.
  • Support the mission, values, and Christian character of the school in all interactions with students, parents, and staff.

Qualifications and Expectations

  • Profess and model a sincere Christian faith and support the school's Statement of Faith, mission, and educational philosophy.
  • Demonstrate a servant-hearted approach to administration and customer service.
  • Serve as a Christlike role model in character, speech, and conduct.
  • Possess strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, student information systems, financial software, and office technology.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, administration, accounting, education, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in school administration, student records management, bookkeeping, business operations, or related fields preferred.
  • Familiarity with classical Christian education, or a willingness to learn and embrace its philosophy, strongly preferred.

Salary

$48,000 - $55,000 per year
