SocialRx Inc Technical Data Analyst Remote · Full time Company website

We're looking for a Technical Data Analyst to serve as the connective tissue between our data infrastructure, our product, and our stakeholders. This is a hands-on, technical role: you'll build and maintain dashboards and reports across our internal BI stack (Looker) and our external member/provider-facing platform (ConnectRx), write production-quality SQL against our Snowflake warehouse, and translate messy operational data into clear, actionable insight.

About SocialRx Inc

SocialRx is America's leader in healthcare-grade social prescribing — connecting members to community-based engagements that improve mental and physical health outcomes. We partner with health plans, providers, and community organizations to build a scalable, data-driven approach to social care.

Description

What You'll Do

Dashboard & Reporting Development

  • Design, build, and maintain internal dashboards in Looker (Top Level KPI, Care, Product, Financial, and QBR/client-facing views) that give teams reliable, self-service visibility into engagement, care operations, and outcomes data.
  • Build and support external-facing reporting and data views within ConnectRx (CRx), our care platform, ensuring data integrity and usability for care team roles (Wellness Coach, Member Support, Logistic Assistant, Clinical Navigator, Care Manager) and external clients.
  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL against our Snowflake warehouse (daily snapshots from ConnectRx) to power dashboards, ad hoc analyses, and data pipelines.
  • Apply working knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts to collaborate effectively with Engineering on data pipeline logic, scripting, and light automation (Python or similar).

Metrics, Research & SME Ownership

  • Own and evolve SocialRx's core measures and metrics, ensuring definitions are consistent, documented, and directly tied to company and product goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the data function and research initiatives (e.g., grant-funded studies, outcomes research), ensuring research questions are answerable with the data we collect and that findings flow back into product and operational decisions.
  • Act as the go-to subject matter expert for all things SocialRx data — fielding questions from Product, Care, Clinical, and Leadership on what the data shows and what it means.
  • Maintain clear documentation (e.g., in Confluence) of dashboards, metric definitions, calculation logic, filters, and edge cases so others can self-serve with confidence.

Insights & Recommendations

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly analyses and recommendations to leadership on how SocialRx can improve as a product and service — spanning engagement quality, match/scoring performance, member outcomes, and care operations effectiveness.
  • Partner with Product and PDE governance ceremonies (Discovery Review, Sprint Placement, Deployment Demo) to bring data-informed perspective into roadmap and prioritization discussions.
  • Proactively identify data quality issues, gaps, or anomalies (e.g., referral-to-engagement funnel, navigator outreach effectiveness, match algorithm performance) and drive them to resolution.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, analytics engineer, or similar technical analytics role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization against a modern cloud warehouse (Snowflake experience a strong plus).
  • Working knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language (Python, Java, etc.) sufficient to read, write, and reason about code alongside Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in a modern BI tool; Looker experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience defining, documenting, and governing metrics/KPIs across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Comfort operating as a cross-functional liaison — able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (Care, Clinical, Ops) and represent data considerations in product conversations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience delivering insights to leadership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with healthcare, behavioral health, or social care data (referrals, outcomes, care coordination).
  • Familiarity with research methodology or experience supporting grant-funded or outcomes research.
  • Experience with matching/scoring algorithms or recommendation systems.
  • Experience with Twilio, telephony/call data, or CRM-adjacent data sources.

Who You'll Work With

You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Care Operations, and Clinical teams. You'll be a key voice in cross-functional forums including Stakeholder Sessions and Discovery Reviews.
