Job Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our digital health platforms. You will work across the entire stack to deliver robust solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our systems meet the highest standards in security and usability. Your work will impact both internal operations and the lives of our members.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Development on Existing Member Management System: Design, develop, and optimize our existing member management platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless user experiences.
Support and Maintenance of Existing Internal Applications: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements in our internal applications to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
Native Mobile App Development (iOS and Android): Lead the development and deployment of mobile applications for both iOS and Android, ensuring compatibility across phones and tablets. You'll be responsible for enhancing the user experience on these platforms.
Data Management and Design: Develop and implement efficient data management practices, including data modeling, database design, and performance optimization. Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility across the platform to support both operational and analytical needs.
Collaboration with Product and Security Teams: Work closely with the product management and security teams to ensure that all technical deliverables adhere to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements for healthcare technology.
